When the Europeans arrived on the North American continent, there were hundreds of languages spoken. We don't even know what we've
lost. Our best guess is that 200 to 300 languages have disappeared without a trace, but the good news is that a lot of languages
are still being spoken and taught.
Dear Auntie, Hi auntie, My great great grandma was indigenous and my grandpa never found out much. I’ve felt “called” to know more. Am I allowed to follow the path? Or because she was my great great is that too far back to try and reconnect with heritage now?
