Working out does not require having an expensive gym membership or equipment. All you need is a pair of good athletic shoes and a can-do attitude. And there is never a perfect time to start your fitness journey. The best time to start is now by taking the We R Native fitness challenge 🙂 For each challenge completed, you’ll be entered to win a Fitbit.
