ASK YOUR RELATIVE QUESTIONS

Hey Auntie, Why is it so hard for me to find love as a teen? i dance, sew, bead and go ceremony but still fail to find a high school sweetheart or companion of any sort.

Hey there! Thanks for writing in.

One of the hardest things for me to learn when I was younger was patience and trust. These are still lessons I’m constantly challenged with today.

What I have learned is that my ancestors roll hard. I know they have my back and are guiding me on my journey. I also deliberately work on building this awareness and my connection to my higher self and my purpose by journaling, meditating, and doing things that I know fill up my cup.

It sounds like you’re doing this too. There is no need to rush the process of learning about who you are before being in a relationship, as this is something you will take into your relationships too. The best relationships are those that support your growth as an individual.

Keep doing you.

If things don’t happen when I want them to, I have to trust that I don’t always know what’s best. You never know…your ancestors could be consorting to keep negative things from happening and will put you in the right place at the right time for magic to happen.

I’m sending you good thoughts. You are worth the wait.

Take care,

Auntie Manda
