It’s easier than you think to start eating healthy! Eating healthy means choosing a balanced healthy diet, avoiding high fat and sugary foods, and eating in moderation.   • Create a cook book full of healthy recipes from your community or tribe. 
  • Organize an event focusing on the Half-Your-Plate concept
