Do you have advice on how to cope or get through tough times

Two things have been tremendously helpful in maintaining stability in my mental/emotional health and getting through hard times. First has been my relationship with Creator. I look for Creator everywhere, and I find it within everything, animals, people, growing things. My tribe’s creation stories teaches that creator is everything and everywhere. This assures me that I’m never alone in anything and that I’ll receive the help I need when the time is right. Second, has been self expression. Having a healthy outlet for your thoughts and emotions. From painting to writing, making music, to dancing, there are so many ways to express what you’re feeling and it doesn’t have to be for anyone else’s eyes. These are meant to be your honest expressions.
